2. Cancellation Before Provider Assignment

Customer may request cancellation before provider assignment. Refund may be considered if payment was already made and no cost has been incurred.

3. Cancellation After Provider Assignment

If a provider has already been assigned or contacted, cancellation may be subject to CareBridge NE review.

4. Cancellation After Work Started

If work has started, refund may not be available fully. Partial refund may depend on service progress, provider cost, material cost, and review.

5. No Refund Situations

  • False booking details
  • Customer unavailable at location
  • Work already completed
  • Customer changed mind after provider reached or started
  • Wrong payment reference or fraudulent proof

6. Failed Payment

If payment failed but amount was debited, customer should share bank or UPI proof. CareBridge NE will verify manually.

7. Refund Timeline

Refunds, if approved, may take reasonable processing time depending on payment method and bank or UPI process.

8. Admin Decision

Refund and cancellation decisions are reviewed by CareBridge NE.
