Provider Policy

1. Provider Application

Professionals may apply through the Join as a Professional form.

2. Verification

SnD Pro Services may review provider details, service category, service area, experience, ID/document, and contact information.

3. Approval

Submission does not guarantee approval. Only approved and active providers can receive assignments.

4. Provider Responsibilities

• Provide correct information
• Respond to booking requests promptly
• Maintain professional conduct
• Follow customer safety and service requirements
• Avoid direct misuse of customer contact
• Complete assigned work responsibly

5. Provider Status

• New Application
• Under Review
• Need More Info
• Approved
• Active
• Busy
• Inactive
• Suspended
• Rejected

6. Suspension

Provider may be suspended due to poor conduct, repeated no response, complaints, false information, or policy violation.

7. Payment/Commission

If a commission or payout model is added later, it will be governed by separate agreement or admin policy.
