Provider Policy

This policy explains how local providers can apply, be reviewed, and receive assignments through CareBridge NE.

1. Provider Application

Providers may apply through the Join as Provider form.

2. Verification

CareBridge NE may review provider details, service category, service area, experience, ID/document, and contact information.

3. Approval

Submission does not guarantee approval. Only approved and active providers can receive assignments.

4. Provider Responsibilities

  • Provide correct information
  • Respond to booking requests promptly
  • Maintain professional conduct
  • Follow customer safety and service requirements
  • Avoid direct misuse of customer contact
  • Complete assigned work responsibly

5. Provider Status

  • New Application
  • Under Review
  • Need More Info
  • Approved
  • Active
  • Busy
  • Inactive
  • Suspended
  • Rejected

6. Suspension

Provider may be suspended due to poor conduct, repeated no response, complaints, false information, or policy violation.

7. Payment/Commission

If a commission or payout model is added later, it will be governed by separate agreement or admin policy.
